At Retrograde Store, we carefully process and prepare each order. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, customers may refer to our return policy after the item has been delivered.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
The item must be in its original packaging
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once unsealed
Items that have been altered after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and all risks associated with return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Retrograde Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Return instructions and address will be provided once your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
