Regular Items: If item is cancelled after item is shipped (or in special cases where refund is granted for a pre order item) There will be a 20% restocking fee applied per item which will be deducted during refunds.

Pre Order items: After 24 hours of order, cancellations will NOT be granted. (In a special case, please contact customer service and we will work to provide a refund)
